Agreements on the order
Queries and decisions sit on the customer, the offer or the order, in the same thread.

Queries, files and tasks sit directly on the order, the customer or the product. What your team knows for the long term lives in the wiki, and open questions are settled in the forum. That way, a stand-in can carry on working without having to ask first.
View from our demo environment with sample data.
On the order, a colleague writes a query and pastes the photo from the clipboard.
He mentions his colleague from the warehouse. She sees the notification in her action items.
The comment becomes a task that she is responsible for.
Once the task is done, the result remains on the order.
Queries and decisions sit on the customer, the offer, the order, the product or the invoice. Replies stay in the same thread.
You paste an image from the clipboard straight into the comment. Anyone allowed to read the comment can also open the file.
With @, you address a colleague directly. The notification appears in her profile and on the dashboard until she deals with it.
If a query creates work, you turn it into a task. Responsibility and status are then visible to everyone.
You set up the next step with a date, reminder and responsible person, either on its own or linked to a record.
Workspace shows comments on their own. Which data changed and when is recorded, read-only, in a separate history.
You record guides, processes and product knowledge in pages with structure, links and images. Every change is kept as a version.
You tick off checkpoints directly on the page. The page shows who ticked off which item and when.
A question starts as a discussion. You record important statements as an insight, together with the outcome, the decision or a task.
On a shared canvas, your team sketches a new process, gathers ideas or prepares a review.
Cards move through columns such as List, In progress and Done. You can link a card to a company, a lead, an order or a product.
You decide who may read or edit a wiki, a page or a forum topic. Confidential matters stay within a small circle.
You plan appointments with your colleagues and with external participants, and select rooms or equipment for them. Your colleagues accept or decline internal invitations in Workspace; external participants respond via a link in the invitation email.
Your open follow-ups appear in your personal calendar next to your appointments. Calendar programs with CalDAV access read and write your appointments. They only display follow-ups, which you continue to edit in Workspace.
You import existing calendars from a calendar file. Workspace first shows a preview with recurring series and conflicts, and appointments are only created after you confirm.
If a file belongs to an order, a product or a contact, you store it there. General material such as manuals or training documents sits in a shared repository that the wiki can link to.
Who may see a file follows the team permissions and the sharing settings on the file. New files are checked before they can be opened. For each storage location, you define how long files are kept.
Comments and follow-ups sit directly on leads, opportunities and offers.
View sales and customersQueries, files and tasks belong to the order, which also generates the delivery note and invoice.
View orders and documentsYou define the steps a case goes through and who approves it in a graphical workflow.
View processes and reportsYour customers’ questions arrive via the chat on your website and become cases with a clear owner.
View Workspace customer serviceYes. The task stays linked to the record on which the query was made.
For a quick overview: cards in columns, quickly created and moved. Who is responsible and by when is recorded in tasks and follow-ups.
Your company’s signed-in employees. That way, internal questions and decisions stay within the team.
Programs with CalDAV access read and write your appointments. Google Calendar cannot subscribe to the protected calendar link.
The central search finds contacts, companies, leads, cases, offers, customer orders, tasks, purchase orders, incoming invoices, goods receipts and products. You search wiki pages and forum topics within the wiki and forum.
We quote the price in an offer, because it depends on the scope, such as the areas used and storage. We will publish fixed prices as soon as they are set.
Tell us about a query or a guide that today gets lost in emails and people’s heads. In a demo, we will show you how your team records it in Workspace on the order and in the wiki.
