Obligations with their source
You link a requirement from a contract, customer requirement or internal rule to the contract it comes from. You decide yourself how strongly this source is protected.

In Workspace, every piece of evidence is attached directly to the obligation, the check and the case. When the auditor asks, your team presents the record in a few clicks. Workspace keeps track of deadlines, reminders and open checks for you.

You create a requirement from a contract, customer requirement or internal rule and link it to the contract it comes from.
For the requirement, you define controls with responsibility, risk and check interval.
From this, Workspace schedules the individual checks, reminds you before the deadline and escalates when a check is overdue.
The person responsible attaches the evidence to the check and completes it through the workflow.
On completion, Workspace freezes the check together with its evidence and, if required, creates a snapshot with a checksum.
Checks and requirements change their status through defined steps. That way, it remains visible who decided what and when.
If an obligation is linked to a contract, an important contract does not silently disappear from the context.
Quotation, order and invoice carry the values that applied at the time of the document. Which price applied in June is still shown on the document later.
Product content goes through request, review and approval. A rejection carries its justification, and only approved content goes into the public catalogue.
For an audit, you compile checks and evidence by period and risk. From this, Workspace places an immutable export with a checksum in your storage.
The status overview counts open, in-progress, in-review, completed, failed and overdue checks. Expiring contracts, notice periods and expiring confidentiality appear next to the obligations that depend on them.
Who may see which evidence follows the permissions on the contract. Confidential information thus stays with the people who are allowed to see it.
Fixed processes with clear steps also carry your checks and requirements.

View WorkspaceFor everything you regularly check and document: customer requirements from contracts, data protection and security rules, suppliers’ confidentiality obligations or internal policies.
Workspace makes your obligations, controls and evidence auditable and keeps track of the deadlines. Which obligations apply to you and whether they are met is assessed by your responsible staff and advisers, with all records to hand.
You define this via roles, separated into reading, maintaining, checking and exporting. Evidence on a contract is only visible to those who may also see the contract.
We give you the price in an offer, because it depends on the scope of your project.
Name an obligation that you document regularly. We show you how it runs in Workspace with fixed deadlines and evidence to hand. Together with you, we map your control lists and audit folders.
