Your team knows what is going on with each customer, even when a colleague is on holiday

Who is the contact person, what was offered, where is there a problem right now? In Workspace, it is all on the customer record: company and contact persons, quotations and orders, open cases, tasks and notes. When the customer calls, anyone in the team can provide information without first searching someone else’s mailbox.

What your sales team gains

Everything on the customer

Quotations, orders, cases, tasks and notes are collected on the customer. Whoever stands in is immediately up to speed.

Each company only once

For new leads, Workspace shows whether the company or person already exists. Nothing is added until your team has checked it.

Contact persons and locations

People and companies are linked through employment. For each location, you store addresses and, if required, separate payment terms.

Prepared for every conversation

Each contact shows the phone number, open quotations and opportunities, the latest note and the reason for the call.

From first contact to customer

Step 01

An enquiry arrives by email, through the contact form or at a trade fair. Your team collects it as a lead, even several websites, email addresses or phone numbers at once.

Step 02

Workspace reads public information such as the imprint and shows whether the company or person already exists.

Step 03

Your team checks the lead and adds it as a company, as a person or as a company with a contact person.

Step 04

From now on, everything is collected on the customer: quotations, orders, cases, tasks and notes.

What your team finds on the customer

Companies and contact persons

People and companies are maintained separately and linked through employment. If a contact person changes company, their history stays correctly assigned.

Locations and terms

A company with several branches remains one customer. For each location, you store addresses and, where necessary, separate payment terms.

Quotations and orders

What was offered, accepted and ordered is stored on the customer. If they order in the online shop, the order ends up in the same record.

Cases and tasks

Complaints, queries and internal tasks are attached to the customer, with a person responsible and the next step.

Customer item numbers

If your customer uses their own item numbers and descriptions, these appear on their quotations and documents.

One search for everything

You find contacts, companies, leads, quotations, orders and cases through a single search field.

Well prepared for every conversation

Whoever stands in is immediately up to speed

In contact management, your team sees due calls and call-backs in a list. Each contact shows the phone number, email address, the company’s open quotations and opportunities, the latest note and the reason for the call. After the conversation, the employee records the outcome or schedules the call-back, and the list jumps to the next contact.

If two colleagues are working on the same company at the same time, Workspace points this out. Exactly one person takes over a contact from the team list, so nobody calls twice.

New companies researched in minutes

On request, Workspace checks a new company in public sources, for example on its website and by its VAT identification number in the European database. Workspace suggests the information found, with its source, and your team chooses what goes into the record.

Works together with

Enquiries and cases

Your team handles complaints and queries as a case with a person responsible.

Frequently asked questions

How do my customers and contacts get in?

During implementation, we take over the agreed data from files or from your current system. Together with you, we check which records are duplicates.

Does Workspace detect duplicate contacts?

Yes. For every new contact, Workspace shows possible duplicates, and your team merges it with the existing company or person.

Can I use the contacts in my email program?

Yes. You can read authorised contacts in programs that support CardDAV, such as Thunderbird. They are maintained centrally in Workspace.

Can I start with customers and contacts?

Yes. You start with customers, leads and quotations and add orders, warehouse or the online shop later in the same system.

What does Workspace cost?

We give you the price in an offer, because it depends on the scope, for example the areas used and the storage. We will publish fixed prices once they have been set.

How much customer knowledge is locked away in individual mailboxes at your company?

Show us where your customer data lives today. In a demo, you see how the same customers look in Workspace, with quotations, cases and contact management in one place. We handle the implementation ourselves.
