Staffing at a glance
Team size and colleagues absent today are right at the top. The team calendar shows absences and days on which minimum staffing gets tight.

Team time tracking shows team leads who is in today, how actual and target hours compare in the selected period and which requests are awaiting a decision. HR also sees the leave accounts and the position on the reference date. That way, you plan assignments and leave fairly and with transparent figures.

The key figures show team size, people absent today, actual hours, target hours and the variance.
The people table shows each person’s time, variance, utilisation, leave balance and absences, plus their public holiday region.
In the team calendar, you check staffing and decide on open requests.
Actual hours show booked time, public holidays and paid absence individually. You see what each figure is made up of.
Target hours are derived from the weekly hours in the employment contract. Part-time and full-time staff are calculated with the correct value.
Team leads see their direct reports, without HR corrections or payroll-related details.
For each person, HR sees base entitlement, carry-over, bonus days, and days taken, planned and available, plus any missing leave accounts.
The closing report shows remaining leave, outstanding days and expiring entitlements per person on the selected reference date.
Findings from the working time check name the rule version used for the check. Missing details appear as undetermined, not as zero.
When the working time check is active, your employees see the findings on their own working time themselves, and team leads see those for their team. Notes on rest periods that are too short or missing breaks help distribute work more fairly. Time tracking carries on unchanged.
You use roles to decide who sees which figures. Team leads work with their team; HR additionally works with leave accounts and corrections. Every key figure is based on the bookings and requests your team keeps in the system.
