Appointments, rooms and deadlines in one calendar

A customer meeting needs the right colleagues, a free room and sometimes the demo unit. In Workspace, you plan everything in one step. Rooms and equipment are never double-booked, and your appointments also appear in your usual calendar app.

What your planning gains

Rooms without double bookings

For every room and every piece of equipment, you set capacity and buffer times. Workspace rejects overlaps.

One calendar for everyone

Month, week, day or agenda show the same appointments. Via CalDAV, they also appear in your calendar app.

Deadlines alongside appointments

Open follow-ups appear in your personal calendar. You see appointments and due follow-up work in one place.

Bring your old calendars along

You import existing calendars from a calendar file. A preview shows series and conflicts before anything is created.

How to plan an appointment

Step 01

You select a free time slot and enter the title, time zone and, if needed, a recurrence.

Step 02

You choose colleagues from your team and add guests with their email address. You book a room or equipment at the same time.

Step 03

Colleagues accept, tentatively accept or decline in Workspace. Guests reply via a link in the invitation email, without signing in.

Step 04

The appointment is in the calendar for everyone involved, in Workspace and in the connected calendar app.

What the calendar handles for you

Rooms and equipment

For every room and every piece of equipment, you set capacity, buffer times, minimum notice and the maximum booking horizon. Workspace rejects overlaps.

Booking with consent

For popular rooms or equipment, you specify that a booking only becomes valid once a responsible person accepts it. On acceptance, the resource is reserved.

Every view you need

Month, week, day or agenda show the same appointments, including series and their exceptions.

Due items alongside appointments

Open follow-ups appear in your personal calendar, so you see appointments and due follow-up work in one place.

Your calendar app works with it

Calendar apps with CalDAV access read and write your appointments. They display follow-ups, which are maintained in Workspace.

Bring your old calendars along

You import existing calendars from a calendar file. Beforehand, Workspace shows a preview with series, individual appointments and conflicts. Nothing is created until you confirm, and no invitations go out during the import.

Your calendar belongs to you

Only you can open your personal calendar. To let your calendar app access it, you create a separate access in your profile.

Works together with

Orders and tasks

The appointment at the customer’s belongs to the order, where queries and tasks are also recorded.

Time and leave

In the same system, Workspace also manages your team’s working hours and leave.

Frequently asked questions

Does this work with my calendar app?

Apps with CalDAV access read and write your appointments. You create the access for this yourself in your profile.

Do guests need an account to reply?

Guests receive a link in the invitation email and reply directly through it. They do not need an account for this.

Can we import our existing appointments?

Yes. From a calendar file, you import series, exceptions, categories and reminders. The preview shows beforehand what will be created, and a second run does not create duplicates.

Can a room booking require consent?

Yes. For every room and every piece of equipment, you specify whether a booking is valid immediately or only after a responsible person consents.

What does it cost?

We give you the price in an offer, because it depends on the scope, for example the areas used and the storage. We will publish fixed prices as soon as they are set.
