Newsletters that arrive, with consent you can prove

You manage lists, subscribers and campaigns in Workspace, right alongside your customers. With double opt-in, Workspace records which text someone agreed to and when they confirmed. Anyone who unsubscribes no longer receives newsletters, and the metrics show you what was delivered and what the campaign achieved.

What your newsletter gains

Consent with proof

For every subscriber, Workspace records which version of the consent text they confirmed and when.

Unsubscribes apply everywhere

Unsubscribed and blocked addresses receive no newsletters, even if they are still in a list or an import.

Audiences from your customers

You link subscribers to your customer data. You can address regular customers or dealers as a separate audience.

Clicks and orders together

In the marketing cockpit, you see which links were clicked and which orders resulted from the campaign.

From sign-up to campaign

Step 01

A prospect signs up on your website, or your team invites a customer as part of their contact work.

Step 02

They confirm by email. Workspace stores the confirmed consent text, the confirmation and the delivery events.

Step 03

You choose the list and audience, check the template and sender and send. Beforehand, Workspace checks every recipient for consent and unsubscribes.

Step 04

Afterwards, you see delivery, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes, plus clicks and orders from the campaign.

What Workspace does for your newsletter

Lists with a clear purpose

Product news, service notices or partner information: every list has its own purpose and its own consent.

Invitation instead of entry

From your contact work, you invite a customer to the newsletter. They confirm themselves, and the consent is properly documented.

Delivery metrics

Active subscribers, growth, delivery rate, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes per list and campaign.

See the impact, start cleanly

See what a campaign achieves

In the marketing cockpit, you see which links in your campaign were clicked and which orders resulted from them. Because newsletter, shop and orders are in the same system, nobody has to merge data.

Workspace is sparing with data and stores neither IP addresses nor full browser identifiers. It evaluates tracking links only if the visitor has consented.

We handle set-up and migration

Before the first send, we connect Workspace to a suitable sending service and set up your sender domain. We migrate your existing mailing lists, for example from Mailchimp, Brevo or CleverReach. In doing so, we check consents, unsubscribes and duplicates with you, so that you start with a clean list.

Frequently asked questions

Is double opt-in included?

Yes. New subscribers confirm by email, and Workspace stores the confirmed consent text together with the confirmation.

Can I bring my list from Mailchimp or another tool?

Yes. During implementation, we migrate your mailing lists and clarify with you for which addresses consent is documented. Addresses without proof start with a new confirmation.

How do I see whether a campaign has generated sales?

In the marketing cockpit, you see clicks and the orders that resulted from the campaign.

What does Workspace cost?

We give you the price in an offer, because it depends on the scope, such as the areas used and storage. We will publish fixed prices as soon as they are set.
