Three typical situations

In each of them, information is entered several times or passed back and forth between people and systems. Here you can see what changes with one shared case.

Business customers order for themselves

Today: every order is entered twice – once by the customer, once by your sales team.

Regular customers order online at their agreed volume prices. Your sales team continues to process shop orders in the same case instead of entering them again. Telephone orders are created directly there.

Product data and orders without reconciliation

Today: product data sits in the shop, in a spreadsheet and in the ERP system. Every price change means editing three places.

You maintain product data, variants and prices once and release them for the shop. The price that applied to an order is kept on the document.

Office and field team on the same order

Today: times and records reach the office as paper slips or phone photos before an invoice can be written.

The office plans the order, employees record times and evidence on site. Both sides work on the same order, and invoicing can be prepared right there.
