What you see for each customer

Revenue and margin

Orders and invoices make up the realised revenue; the recorded costs give the contribution margin.

Open potential

Workspace shows open opportunities and quotations separately from revenue already achieved, including weighted by probability of closing.

Sales effort

Calls, meetings and quotation work feed into customer value together with the time recorded.

Acquisition costs

Campaign costs that can be traced to a customer through attribution appear as known acquisition costs.

How customer value is built

Step 01

Your sales team records calls, meetings, emails and quotation work as sales activities on the customer.

Step 02

Where time should count as effort, your team links the activity to the time booked.

Step 03

Your marketing team records campaign costs with period and currency and assigns enquiries, opportunities or orders to the campaigns.

Step 04

In the company or person record, you open customer value for the last 30 days, 90 days, 12 months or the entire period.

What you can rely on

No estimated values

If costs or a campaign attribution are missing, Workspace marks the margin or acquisition costs as incomplete.

Each currency on its own

Values in different currencies are shown side by side. Workspace does not convert them silently.

Effort without double counting

Each time booking belongs to exactly one sales activity, so no effort is counted twice.

Reliable time

Only approved time bookings count towards effort; planned times and drafts are left out.

Costs from any source

You record campaign costs regardless of provider, whether from ads, newsletters or trade fairs.

Purchasing in the same picture

If a company is also a supplier, its overview additionally shows purchasing value, open and overdue purchase orders and incoming invoices.

The whole company on one page

A company’s overview brings together sales, customer, customer value, supplier and open work. You see open opportunities, pipeline value and weighted pipeline, quotation value, order value and average order value, plus open tasks, follow-ups and active contracts.

Sales, sales management and marketing all look at the same figures. You use permissions to decide who may see which values.

Frequently asked questions

Where do the figures come from?

From the work your team does in Workspace every day: orders, invoices, opportunities, quotations, sales activities, time bookings and campaign costs. You do not need any additional spreadsheets.

What happens if costs are missing?

Workspace then shows the margin or acquisition costs as incomplete. That way, you see immediately where details are still missing and work with reliable figures.

Can I also take advertising costs into account?

Yes. Record a campaign’s costs with period and currency. As soon as an enquiry, opportunity or order is assigned to that campaign, the costs appear on the customer.

What does it cost?

We give you the price in an offer, because it depends on the scope of your project.
