One order, all jobs
The service order contains the customer, site, contact person, machine, contract and priority. Below it, you plan one or more jobs with date and location.

In Workspace, you link the customer order to specific jobs and suitable technicians. Your customer confirms the appointment via a link, without needing an account, and signs off the service report digitally. You define recurring maintenance once in the contract, and the draft invoices follow at the agreed interval.

You create the service order with customer and site and plan the job below it.
Using “Arrange appointment”, you send your customer up to three time slots. Once they confirm one, Workspace assigns the technician and enters the appointment in job planning.
The technician reports travel, arrival on site, start of work, end of work and completion. Each step keeps its timestamp.
Your customer confirms the service report via a link. Workspace prepares the billing from the approved working time and the matching order line item.
A job’s status results from defined actions, not from a free text field. The service order follows its jobs.
Your customer sees only the approved report version. A correction gets a new version with a new link; the confirmed report remains unchanged.
Workspace takes the customer price, currency and tax from the order line item. The later billing run uses exactly this stored status.
Workspace ensures that the same contract period or job is not billed twice.
If you start a new scheduling round, the new link replaces the old one. So only one status ever applies.
Invoices are created as drafts. You check the service period, line items and tax and finalise them through your usual invoicing process.
You create a recurring service contract as a contract service plan on the active customer contract. You set the term, service interval and billing interval separately: an annual contract can include four maintenance visits and still generate a single annual invoice.
You choose whether the invoice is created at the start of the period or after the confirmed service, per job or collectively per period. Workspace creates the draft invoice with the service period and the agreed order line items. If you change the plan, a new revision is created, and closed periods stay as they are.
Your service jobs sit in the same planning as appointments, rooms and equipment.

No. They confirm the appointment and service report via a link you send them.
Your customer signs off the report on the screen. This is a simple electronic confirmation of the job, not a qualified electronic signature.
