Every task has a name, a deadline and its order

Who is handling the customer’s query, and by when? In Workspace, tasks, queries and files sit right on the order. Your team sees at a glance what needs doing. If someone is absent, their stand-in picks up exactly there.

What your team gains

Tasks visible to everyone

A comment becomes a task in a single step. The whole team sees who is responsible and the status.

Queries on the order

Use @ to mention the colleague who knows the answer. The notice appears immediately in her action items.

Clear who takes over

A mention stays open until the colleague marks it as done. Follow-ups carry a due date and a responsible person.

The status sits on the order

Queries, decisions and results are recorded on the order. Anyone asking later finds the answer there.

How a query becomes completed work

Step 01

On the order, a colleague writes the query and pastes the photo straight from the clipboard.

Step 02

He uses @ to mention the colleague who knows the answer. The notice appears immediately in her action items.

Step 03

She turns the comment into a task. The whole team now sees who is responsible and the status.

Step 04

Once the task is done, the result is recorded on the order. Anyone asking later finds the answer there.

What your team has at hand

Comments on the record

Queries and decisions are recorded on the customer, the quotation, the order, the product or the invoice. Replies stay in the same thread.

A task from a comment

If a query turns into work, it becomes a task in a single step. It stays linked to the record where everything started.

Mentions that don’t get lost

A mention stays open on the dashboard and in the profile until the colleague marks it as done. If required, it also arrives by email, immediately or as a digest.

Follow-ups with a date

You create the next step with a due date, a reminder and a responsible person, standalone or linked to a lead, quotation, contract or case.

Due items in the calendar

Alongside your appointments, your open follow-ups also appear in your personal calendar, and in your calendar app if you wish.

Images and files in the right place

You paste photos and documents directly into the comment. Anyone allowed to read the comment can also open the file.

Conversation and history kept separate

Comments stand on their own. A separate, read-only history shows which data changed and when.

Plan together before you start

Whiteboards

For a large order, your team sketches the process, roles and open questions on a shared canvas.

Boards

Cards move through columns such as Backlog, In progress and Done. You link each card to a company, a lead, an order or a product.

Appointments

For the appointment at the customer’s, you select colleagues and a room at the same time. The room is never double-booked.

Frequently asked questions

Can a comment become a task?

Yes. The task stays linked to the record on which the query was made.

How does a colleague find out she is needed?

Through the @ mention. The notice stays in her action items until she completes it. Depending on her settings, it also arrives by email.

Can I see my follow-ups in the calendar?

Yes. Open follow-ups appear in your personal calendar and in calendar apps with CalDAV access. They are edited in Workspace.

Who sets this up for us?

We do. Together we define who takes on which tasks and what your team is notified about, and set up Workspace accordingly.

What does it cost?

We give you the price in an offer, because it depends on the scope, for example the areas used and the storage. We will publish fixed prices as soon as they are set.

Which query should your team resolve on the order in future?

Name a task that gets lost between emails and notes today. In a demo, we show you how your team completes it in Workspace right on the order.
