Orders without retyping
An incoming ORDERS message becomes an order in Workspace, with customer, sales channel and your items. Workspace continues to determine prices and taxes.
Features · Apps & integrations
Your trading partners send orders as EDIFACT messages; Workspace creates the order and sends back the order response. Every step from receipt to confirmation remains traceable. Workspace validates your suppliers’ invoices in XML format against the European e-invoicing standard.

Together with you and your partner, we record which messages, identifiers and transmission channels apply. We then set up the connection.
Before go-live, we test every mapping with test files, including deliberately faulty ones.
Your partner sends their order via the partner API or by SFTP. Workspace checks structure and content and either creates the order or passes it to your team for review.
The order response goes back to your partner via the agreed channel.
Transmission, structure, mapping, import and confirmation each have their own status, so you can see exactly where a message currently stands.
For each partner, you decide whether orders are created directly, reviewed only when there are discrepancies or always imported manually.
An activated mapping stays unchanged. New rules apply as a new version; the previous one remains traceable.
Each partner receives their own credentials with tightly scoped permissions. For outgoing SFTP, Workspace recognises your partner’s server by its stored fingerprint.
If required, an open validation finding holds the e-invoice before it moves on to approval or the document archive.
For every validated e-invoice, the document archive shows the checksum and validation status.
We set up partners, identifiers, the connection and the mapping for you. Workspace processes incoming ORDERS and outgoing ORDRSP and APERAK in the D.96A and D.25A directories, plus CONTRL as a syntax acknowledgement. A single transmission may be up to 16 MiB in size.
E-invoices are validated by a dedicated validation service, which we put into operation with you during set-up. You create your own invoices directly from the order, also as XRechnung if required.
EDIFACT orders then run through warehouse, shipping and invoicing like any other order.
