Captain Fuor is a paid Android app by JourneyBit Studio, the games label of schukai. Provider: schukai, Eichenstraße 26, 82290 Landsberied, Germany; hey@schukai.com. Full details: https://www.schukai.com/de/impressum. The particular store offer and price shown at purchase govern.
The purchase includes the features described in that offer. Normal play, local best scores and unlocked ships need no schukai leaderboard server, but require a supported device environment. Google Play purchase, installation or recovery may independently require connections to Google.
The online-leaderboard Android edition additionally offers optional participation without a separate participation fee. It needs internet. Participation terms and privacy notice are available before joining. A daily list is not a season; legitimately earned or acquired equipment is equally eligible, while merely bought or credited currency earns no points. No rank or prize is promised.
This edition earns credits solely in play; in-app purchases are unavailable. Future optional credit packs are only planned. Launch, packs and prices are not promised; they require a separate voluntary purchase. An update alone creates neither a new payment obligation nor retrospective limits on existing rights.
Unlimited operation of the additional leaderboard is not promised. Objectively justified planned closure follows participation terms with at least 60 days notice; longer binding promises and statutory rights remain. Closure neither blocks local play nor deletes local saves, best scores or agreed unlocks.
Acquired rights and additional purchase promises remain. Mandatory rights for defects, updates, withdrawal, refunds, termination and applicable local law are not excluded. This information replaces neither the particular store contract nor full future-purchase terms and contains no blanket refund exclusion.
