In the initial consultation we show you suitable designs and clarify which route suits your shop.
You receive a written offer with scope, schedule and price.
We adapt the design or create a new one and agree the drafts with you.
Once you have accepted it, the design goes live with your shop.

The design is part of your shop. We set up payment methods, shipping rules, prices and the transfer of your products as part of the implementation.

Can I have a ready-made design adapted?
Yes. We always adapt the logo, colours, fonts and images to your brand. Further changes, for example to individual pages, are agreed in the offer.
Can I buy a design exclusively that others already use?
Yes, as long as it is in our gallery. From your purchase on, we no longer offer it to anyone. Anyone who bought it earlier may keep using it, and we tell you beforehand.
Can my agency create the design?
Yes. Your agency supplies the drafts, and we implement them in Shopcloud. You sign the software contract directly with us.
Are the example designs real shops?
No. Each design is a demo shop with a made-up brand and sample data. Orders placed there are not real.
What does a shop design cost?
That depends on the route and on how much is adapted. After the free initial consultation you receive a written offer.
