1. Scope

The provider of the Workspace app is schukai, Eichenstraße 26, 82290 Landsberied, Germany, email: hey@schukai.com. Full contracting-party information is in the imprint. The Android package ID is com.schukai.nucleus, and the Apple bundle ID is com.schukai.nucleusDesktop.

This information applies exclusively to access to a Workspace system provided by an organization under a business-customer contract. It does not govern the app's publicly accessible local mode. That mode requires a separate contractual association before this information is used live for it.

The Workspace privacy policy separately explains which data are processed locally or with a connected system and who is responsible.

2. Business contract and authorized users

The scope of the connected Workspace service follows the contract between schukai and the organization. The organization may assign access only to the employees, agents and other authorized people covered by that contract. This information creates no separate purchase, subscription or payment contract between the user and schukai.

Organizational rules on work, privacy, retention, devices and permissions apply additionally. If they conflict with the business contract, the organization clarifies the permitted scope with schukai.

3. Work account and credentials

The organization or connected system provides a work account outside the app. The app creates no independent schukai account. Users use only their assigned access, keep passwords, session keys, pairing codes and device access confidential and do not share them with others.

Suspected loss, unauthorized use or a compromised device must be reported immediately to the organization's responsible department. The organization may change or end access, roles, workspaces and sessions.

4. Permitted use and functionality

Workspace may be used only for business tasks authorized by the organization. Only the workspaces, data and actions supplied by the connected system, app version and user's permissions are available.

In particular, bypassing roles or technical safeguards, automated access without authorization, disrupting the service, processing unlawful content and using others' access are prohibited. Users check professional details and approvals before confirming a legally effective business action.

5. Business data, local cache and exports

Business data in the connected Workspace are the responsibility of the providing organization. The app can cache or export authorized data locally where the particular function allows it. An export leaves protected app storage and must be protected, shared and erased according to the organization's rules.

Signing out or removing a profile deletes local session and cached data, but not the work account or data in the connected system. The organization controls correction, retention and erasure of those data.

6. Devices, connections and updates

Users protect their device with the intended operating-system functions and install approved security updates. They connect Workspace only to the system address supplied by the organization. Insecure HTTP connections or trust in invalid certificates may be used only in expressly approved development environments.

The organization may require a minimum version or update where needed for security, compatibility or the connected service. Manipulated, outdated or unsupported app versions may be blocked.

7. Support, blocking and end of access

The organization is the first contact for accounts, roles, data and business workflows. The contractually agreed schukai support is accessed through its designated channels.

Access ends when the organization withdraws authorization, the employment or agency relationship ends or the underlying business contract provides for it. Users return managed devices and documents and remove local exports under the organization's instructions.

8. Status and changes

This version applies to organizational access for which it has been validly communicated. A new website version does not automatically replace existing business-customer contracts. Changes are coordinated with the organization and communicated to affected users through a suitable channel.
