This is agreed for each collaboration. An agency or systems integrator can remain the main contractor and central contact. schukai can appear openly as a technical partner or take on a limited subcontract. Hidden roles, however, must not leave data protection, liability, access or support unclear.
The client should know who may make which binding statement and where a problem is reported. With several contracts, dependencies and acceptance must fit together. A white-label appearance only makes sense if responsibilities are still documented and operational communication is possible. A partnership protects the customer relationship best through reliable boundaries, not through artificial invisibility.
