Answer
A technical log is important for developers, but rarely enough for the business team. Staff need an understandable clarification list: Which customer, order or item is affected? What is missing or contradictory? Who is responsible? Can the case be corrected and resent in a controlled way?
Which interface is suitable for this depends on the process. With a few rare errors, a support case may be enough. With exceptions that occur daily, a dedicated working view is needed, possibly in schukai Workspace. Technical details remain available for diagnosis, while the business view should not show any internal stack traces. This turns “the interface is red” into a workable task with context and a next step.
