Answer
Before the project starts, a simple responsibility matrix is drawn up. It assigns business concept, design, development, interface access, test data, data protection, deployment, acceptance and ongoing support each to one leading party. Contributions from other partners and required approvals are also named.
The offer makes dependencies visible. If schukai can only develop an interface against a test environment provided by the ERP partner, this prerequisite belongs in the schedule and acceptance. After go-live, the customer needs a clear first point of contact for support; partners can forward issues internally without turning the customer into a detective of responsibilities. Changes to the joint scope are not agreed informally between individual developers but through the defined decision-making route.
