On request, Proofara synchronises data with end-to-end encryption across several devices and sites. The product page and organisation contract set out the exact scope. In addition, Proofara can be connected to Workspace, ERP or WMS as part of a project. Delivery, reference, item and status are then clearly matched.
The integration should not lead to Proofara and the ERP independently managing the same goods receipt. A clear boundary determines where the mobile check takes place and when the result counts as accepted in business terms. Missing references, unknown items or contradictory quantities appear as exceptions to clarify. A connection is therefore more than a PDF export: it needs data responsibility, repeatability and visible confirmation.
