Answer
You do not need a finished specification. Most helpful is a real case with the people, systems and documents involved. Describe what triggers the process, where people search or copy today, which decision has to be made and how a good result can be recognised. A difficult exception is often more valuable than a long list of functions.
Known conditions should also be mentioned: existing software, required access, data protection requirements, devices, the desired date and the economic significance. Not every answer needs to be ready for the initial consultation. What matters is not to hide uncertainty behind a seemingly final requirement. schukai can then assess whether standard software, Workspace, Shopcloud, an interface, an app or initially a limited check makes sense.
