Answer
Depending on the project, Workspace can provide the appointment, customer, site, contact person, equipment or device, job description, checklists, safety information and earlier documents. What matters is that the technician on site does not have to navigate through all the customer’s data, but receives the information approved for this job in a clear mobile view.
Data can come from Workspace itself or from ERP, CRM and other systems. Before the appointment it should be clear what is current and complete. Changes to the site or contact person need a controlled return path, so that several diverging versions do not persist. Particularly sensitive or extensive data should only be stored offline if it is actually needed for the job.
