For a trading company, this might mean connecting the shop and ERP. For a technical service provider, capturing job data on mobile devices might be useful. The right solution depends on your workflows and existing systems.
We plan the introduction in manageable steps. Your team tests an initial complete workflow with real cases before more areas are added. We also clarify data migration, training and responsibilities. You use jointly agreed criteria to check whether the new way of working achieves the agreed goal.
We agree operations, support and further development after launch with you. Systems that work well can stay in place; replacing everything is not a prerequisite.
