1. Scope and summary
This Privacy Policy applies to the Android app OshiYa, package ID dev.oshiya.game, and to the released Windows and Linux premium editions provided through Steam and itch.io. OshiYa requires no player account and uses no developer-operated backend for save data or purchases.
Android uses Google Play Billing for the one-time full-version purchase. Steam and itch.io provide premium editions without an in-app purchase. Each store processes purchase, download and update data under its own terms.

3. Local game and settings data
OshiYa processes save data, progress and settings locally. Android uses private app storage. Portable desktop editions store save.dat and config.json beside the program; Steam uses a per-user OshiYa directory provided by the operating system.
OshiYa operates no first-party cloud save. Android system services may transfer app data depending on device and backup settings. The Steam storage path is designed for Steam Auto-Cloud; whether Steam synchronizes a copy depends on the user's Steam configuration. OshiYa provides no first-party cloud synchronization for the itch.io edition.
4. Full version and Google Play Billing
The full version is available as a one-time unlock through Google Play. Google processes Google Account, payment, transaction, device and technical billing data under its own terms. OshiYa and the developer never receive card, bank or other payment-method details.
To display the offer and unlock, restore, acknowledge or revoke the full version, the app exchanges the product ID, localized product text and price, purchase state, signature, purchase token and acknowledgement state with Google Play. This information is used locally and in direct communication with Google Play only. It is not sent to a developer server. A purchase token may remain in local storage until acknowledgement succeeds.

5. No advertising, analytics or tracking
OshiYa contains no advertising, gameplay analytics, tracking, login, social, cloud-save or crash-reporting SDK. The developer does not collect advertising IDs, location, contacts, photos, audio or personal gameplay data through the app.
Google Play Billing and related Google service components may process technical billing and diagnostic data under Google's terms. The developer does not use this data path for gameplay analytics or advertising.
Internet and network-state access are used only to communicate with Google Play Billing. OshiYa requests no sensitive runtime permission, calls no location API and has no location permission.
6. Retention, security and deletion
“New Game” removes the previous save and starts a new game. It does not automatically delete settings held in the configuration file, platform backups, or purchase data held by the relevant store.
To remove all locally stored app data, use the relevant app or operating-system controls or delete the local desktop files. Copies held in Android or Steam backups are governed by that platform service's settings and deletion controls.
The Android full-version entitlement remains associated with the Google Account. Steam and itch.io manage access to their premium editions. Refunds, withdrawals and purchase data are handled through the relevant store.
7. Children
The store listing targets adults, and OshiYa is not directed specifically to children. The developer does not knowingly collect children's personal information through the app.
8. Rights and requests
Applicable data-protection rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
Because the developer receives no personal gameplay data and operates no player account, the developer cannot identify or provide such data. Privacy questions can be sent to hey@schukai.com. Data processed by Google are subject to Google's contact and data-subject procedures.
9. Changes
We update this policy if OshiYa's features, integrated services or data processing change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
