Costs depend on the chosen scope of functions, the required integrations, implementation, the operating model and the agreed services. A price per user alone does not fully reflect a project with data migration, roles, special workflows or self-hosted operation. Conversely, a company should not have to pay for large unused areas just because they are theoretically available.
A reliable calculation therefore separates one-off implementation and customisation work from the ongoing licence, hosting, support and optional further development.
