This is determined by the connected company environment together with roles and permissions. Possible areas are tasks, time tracking, chat and other specifically approved workflows. The app is not intended as a complete copy of all Workspace or ERP functions. It shows only the views and actions needed for mobile or native work.
Permissions are not protected merely by hidden menu items; they must be checked by the server. When switching systems or when access has expired, no old company permissions may remain. Which data is cached locally and how long it remains available after signing out belongs in the specific product and organisation configuration.
