Answer
schukai Workspace is extensible business software for shared workflows around customers, tasks, documents, products, quotes, orders and operational cases. A company can start with a limited area and add further functions when the need actually arises. Workspace is meant to close the gap where Excel, email and isolated tools no longer work together reliably, but a complete new ERP would be too big.
Workspace is more than a collection of input screens. What matters are statuses, responsibilities, permissions, documents and connections to existing systems. The existing ERP can, for example, remain the leading system while Workspace makes the workflow and open cases visible. Which areas, operating model and integrations are available and suitable is assessed for the specific project.
