Answer
Every important case receives a stable identity that stays the same even when a technical retry occurs. The receiving system or the integration layer checks whether this case has already been processed completely, partially or not at all. A failed transfer can thus be restarted without automatically creating a second order or a duplicate posting.
In addition, individual processing steps and results are stored. A retry is not just pressing a button again, but follows a defined rule. If a case is rejected for business reasons, it is not retried automatically and endlessly; it first needs a correction. Workspace can display these states clearly and allow authorised staff to continue in a controlled way.
