Support starts with the affected app, version, platform and a short description of the observed behaviour. For organisation products, the agreed support channels and permissions also apply.
schukai states the development status with a date and clear terms: publicly available, preview, test release, early access or in development. An announced target platform is not yet a released version. With apps in particular, store rules, features and prices change.
