Answer
A new look does not fix contradictory prices, missing product data or unclear stock levels. Before a shop is replaced, a real case should be examined: How is a product created? Where do price and availability come from? What happens after the order? How are queries, partial deliveries, cancellations and errors handled? If the main problems lie behind the checkout, better integration or a better working interface can matter more than switching platforms.
Conversely, an existing shop system may genuinely reach its technical or functional limits. Then migration, URLs, content, customer accounts and integrations become part of the project. That is why schukai separates the front end, commerce rules, product data and operational processing. This makes it possible to decide whether the existing shop should be improved, supplemented by a customer portal or moved to a different foundation.
