All questionsLook for a provider who considers your sales processes and the connection to existing systems together. Ask how customer-specific prices, pack sizes and approvals will be handled. It also matters where product data and stock levels are maintained and how an order is checked before it reaches the ERP.
Use a real order with an exception to compare providers, such as a different price or an unavailable item. The provider should be able to explain where that rule takes effect and who can act if a transfer fails. A large catalogue or elaborate design alone does not describe the requirements of a B2B shop.
