Use CRM reports
Open CRM > Reports to review period-based CRM data separately from daily work in the CRM dashboard and pipeline.
Choose a period, a comparison and, if needed, exactly one scope: an owner or a team. Monetary values use the tenant base currency.
The four reports

Review a report
- Open the report from
CRM>Reports. - Choose a preset period or set
FromandTo. - Choose
Previous period,Previous yearor no comparison. - Optionally select one owner or one team.
- Load the report and carry follow-up work into opportunities, targets or activities.
Reports do not change operational records. Open the affected CRM record to correct missing values, ownership, stages or closing data.
