Use CRM reports

Open CRM > Reports to review period-based CRM data separately from daily work in the CRM dashboard and pipeline.

Choose a period, a comparison and, if needed, exactly one scope: an owner or a team. Monetary values use the tenant base currency.

The four reports

Review a report

  1. Open the report from CRM > Reports.
  2. Choose a preset period or set From and To.
  3. Choose Previous period, Previous year or no comparison.
  4. Optionally select one owner or one team.
  5. Load the report and carry follow-up work into opportunities, targets or activities.

Reports do not change operational records. Open the affected CRM record to correct missing values, ownership, stages or closing data.
