Monitor Taskstream and filter jobs

Use this operations page to inspect the current Taskstream runtime and narrow the job list. After the check, you can identify whether the scheduler, workers, and queue are ready and find a job without writing a technical filter expression.

Monitor the runtime

  1. Open Automation > Taskstream.
  2. Select the Monitoring tab.
  3. Review Scheduler, Workers, Queue, and Registry.
  4. Select Refresh to read the current runtime state again.

Monitoring shows a point-in-time reading from the tenant-authorized Taskstream health endpoint. It does not change jobs or start an execution. The refresh button visibly reports activity, success, or failure.

Filter the job list

Open Automation > Taskstream > Jobs and select Filter. Use the provided select controls for closed value sets:

  • Status limits the list to values such as pending, running, or failed.
  • Scheduler type offers only scheduler types from the current capability contract.
  • Runnable type offers only currently known runner types.

Text, number, date, and tag fields keep their matching filter controls. Combine conditions and select Search to filter the result set on the server.

Review job details

The detail dialog places base data and technical system information under General. It does not use a separate System tab. Scheduling and Runtime contain the operational configuration.

Additional tabs appear only for the stored scheduler and runner type. During creation, Workspace updates these tabs when you change a type. A historical type that is no longer offered remains visible but locked according to the capability contract.

Verify the result

The check succeeds when monitoring loads without an error, all three closed filters render as selects, and the job list contains only matching records. Then open a job and confirm that only the configuration tabs for its scheduler and runner are visible.
