Manage the groupware calendar

Configure calendar resources, delegations, and external CalDAV connections so users can maintain appointments in Workspace or a compatible client.

Create rooms or equipment with timezone, capacity, buffers, notice, booking horizon, and an approval mode. Accepted requests reserve capacity in the central scheduling service. Manager approval does not reserve capacity until the request is accepted.

Calendar owners grant delegation capabilities separately for read, write, private details, confidential details, responses, and send-as. Without a detail grant, Workspace masks the title and removes location, description, participants, and alarms.

Store remote credentials as an encrypted secret and create an HTTPS CalDAV connection. Choose remote_authoritative, nucleus_authoritative, or two_way. Resolve every two-way conflict explicitly. Workspace rejects local and private network destinations and never returns credentials in an error.
